JOHN Warminger used all his skill and concentration to master the ever-changing conditions to win the 13th winter merit bowling competition at Pennington Park on Sunday by beating Billy Rigby 21-19 in the final.
The consolation final was won by John Prestwich who beat Jimmy Noon 21-17.
