THE debate on whether to fluoridate the area's water supply to combat child tooth decay comes to Blackburn on Monday.
Blackburn with Darwen Primary Care Trust is the last of the three East Lancashire PCTs to discuss the topic.
Hyndburn and Ribble Valley and Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale PCTs have already come out in favour of the controversial move to increase amounts of the chemical in the region's water.
Any final decision to fluoridate rests with the area's top health organisation, Cumbria and Lancashire Strategic Health Authority.
