THE Blackburn with Darwen Council for Voluntary Service have a short course programme lined up for 2003 that is aimed at staff, committee members and volunteers involved in management of voluntary and community groups.
Courses are run by Bootstrap Enterprises based in Railway Road and sessions last for five hours from 10am to 3pm. There is no charge to small, local voluntary and community groups, but a refundable £10 deposit is required.
