A MAN charged with attempting to murder his elderly father at Blackburn has denied the accusation.
Michael Brown, 52, from London, pleaded not guilty to attempting to murder Ronald Brown and alternatively wounding him with intent to cause grievous bodily harm on October 1 last year.
The case was adjourned to February 24 for trial.
Brown was remanded in custody by Judge Edward Slinger at Preston Crown Court.
