PENDLE'S only samba band -- Copacabana Beach -- has been livening up the Waterside area of Colne where it practises on a Monday night.
Members of the band meet up for rehearsals at the Waterside Youth Centre, in Colne Lane, and are hoping more people within the community will join them. They take part in local events during the year and for anyone wanting to join, free tuition and instruments would be made available.
