DARWEN police raised £490 for a cancer charity fund by a seasonal party.
Retired and serving officers were invited to the Derwent Hall event to raise money for the Rosemere Breast Cancer Fund, which aims to raise funds and awareness of breast cancer sufferers.
Nick Gisicz, police community support officer, said: "We hold a charity event every year where retired officers are invited along with the current ones.
"The event went very well and there was a raffle to raise money.
"It was a games night with snooker, and table tennis. We're glad we can do something positive to help the charity."
