CHRIS Billy and Lee Unsworth are back in the Shakers squad for Saturday's promotion six-pointer at Torquay United.

The versatile twosome both missed the victory at Cambridge United on Tuesday night with one match suspensions, but are in line for a recall for the tasty encounter at Plainmoor.

The Gulls, managed by former QPR striker Leroy Rosenior, are in the thick of the Division Three goal action - at both ends of the pitch.

They have scored 50 goals - more than any other team in the division - while at the other end, only strugglers Shrewsbury Town and Carlisle United have conceded more than the 48 they have in the goals against column.

Last week they were twice in front at leaders Hartlepool United, only to go down to a 3-2 defeat, and it is thought Rosenior may shake up his pack to come up with something different for the visit of the Shakers.

But according to Andy Preece it is his strikeforce that should be making people sit up and take notice, especially now the front line has been boosted by the return of Colin Cramb.

"We have a good mix of forwards at the moment and they keep sticking the ball away when it matters," he said.

"They are all different types of player which is a good thing to have. It's particularly good to have a player like David Nugent who can come off the bench and change the game."

"I thought about playing three from the start at Cambridge but because we haven't been able to train outside because of the weather I thought it was too much of a risk."

The squad travel down to Devon this morning and to give them a good preparation for what is a vital game.

As for the Gulls, it is a big weekend for them too with a highly-charged re-arranged derby clash against near neighbours Exeter City to look forward to on Monday evening.
