REGARDING the traffic chaos on Monday, after it snowed. Things will not change until the Government, local and national, are prepared to make more money available for improvements, and manpower and equipment to clear the roads.
They could start by reducing the waste for politicians and their allowances. That would release a vast amount of funds for road clearance.
