WHILE driving past our lovely new police station at Greenbank, Blackburn, now officially opened, I noticed there was one thing missing -- a Union Jack: not one to be seen anywhere. I take it we are allowed to fly one in Blackburn.
Come on, let's see a bit of patriotism.
