ONE of the largest industrial disposals in Bury for many years has just been completed.
Local chartered surveyors Paul Nolan & Company has successfully concluded the disposal of the Wood Street Mill complex in James Street, Bury, which amounted originally to 116,000 sq ft.
Thomas French Ltd have taken a lease on approximately 20,000 sq ft of the single-storey mill while A1 Distribution have purchased the remaining three-storey mill with a floor area of around 62,000 sq ft.
Paul Nolan says: "This is one of the largest industrial disposals in Bury for a number of years and it shows that some local businesses are still able to expand in these uncertain times."
