A ROBBER fled with cash after holding a female worker at gunpoint in a store raid.
A man posing as a customer walked into the SR Convenience Store in Young Street, Radcliffe, at 2.25pm on Friday (March 7) and threatened the 28-year-old worker with a handgun.
She was forced to hand over cash from the till before the armed raider, who was wearing a black denim cap and a scarf over his face, fled the store. He escaped in a silver car.
Detectives from Whitefield CID are asking witnesses to contact them on 0161 856 8248 as they continue the hunt for the raider.
