I BELIEVE that Saddam Hussein is not necessarily a threat but, rather a puppet of the West whom it could use or abuse whenever it decided.
The whole issue has been about trying to control the 'oil' in that unstable region, let alone the whole of the Middle East, as this is in the interests of the US.
Tony Blair has sat on this 'roller coaster' of a ride without really considering the consequences of America's actions and what problems this could bring the UK.
