IN REPLY to last weeks letter from Mr B. Moxey, he obviously is an incomer to Blackpool, otherwise he would have known about the hundred and twenty years of Tory and Liberal misrule, when you could have tied a blue ribbon on a pig and it would have been voted on to the council with a massive majority.
I must offer my congratulations to the enlightened citizens of Blackpool, for voting-in a progressive and outward looking, Labour council and long may they reign.
