LITTER picking kids got involved in Greenweek by sweeping streets in Darwen.
Around 20 children aged between eight and ten from Earcroft Community Base's Kids Crew tackled the litter problems of Lees Court.
Organiser Michelle Rutherford said: "We decided to do it with a group of children because they are often the perpetrators of litter dropping.
More than 70 people attended a Greenweek event, organised by the community base and Friends of Sunnyhurst Woods, which had a range of fun activities for children.
