PENDLE Council's Park Ranger Service will hold its fourth and final week of play schemes for children aged five to eight, from next Monday.
All the activities will be held from 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm. The attractions include bug hunts, windmill-making, kite-making, nature trails and earth walks
The schemes will take place on Monday, at Victoria Park, Nelson, Tuesday, at Hodge House, Nelson, Wednesday, at Marsden Park, Nelson, Thursday at Heyhead Park, Brierfield and Friday August 8 at Victory Park, Barnoldswick.
Park Ranger Karen Hutchinson said: "We hope the final week of the play scheme will provide plenty of hours of enjoyment for even more local children"
Fellow Ranger David Procter will again join Karen. Each child should be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
