WHITEFIELD-based leading independent financial adviser, Assured Benefit Consultants, has merged with Manson Financial Services, part of the Manson Insurance Group.
The merged company will trade as Manson Financial Services Ltd from its newly refurbished offices in the centre of Manchester.
Founding partners of Assured Benefit Consultants, Colin Tyer and Harris Frazer, will join Manson Financial Services as directors, with Harris Frazer taking on the role of joint managing director with Mike Hill. Assured Benefit Consultants are located in Bury New Road.
The company will offer a bespoke personal and corporate financial planning service.
Commenting on the merger, Jon Manson, senior group director of the Manson Insurance Group, said: " Financial planning is becoming an increasingly complex area and the need to have specialist advice available is paramount for any independent financial adviser practice.
"This merger will allow us to offer a fuller range of specialist advice in key areas such as retirement planning, estate protection and commercial and domestic finance."
Harris Frazer added: "We are very excited about joining Manson Insurance Group as we have known the people involved for a number of years and it has an excellent reputation in the marketplace."
