POLICE have issued an e-fit of a man who exposed himself to a teenage girl.

The 13-year-old was walking along Blackburn Road, Great Harwood, when the incident happened. It took place at 7.55am on Thursday, July 17, but police have only just released details..

The man turned on to the road from St Hubert's Road, Great Harwood, and exposed himself to the girl, who was on her way to school.

She was accompanied by two friends but was the only one who witnessed the exposure.

The man was white, in his late 30s, 5ft 10ins, with broad shoulders and a beer belly and a chubby face.

He had receding, short dark hair, brown eyes and slight stubble, and was wearing a tight, dark blue V-neck tee shirt and light blue jeans.

The youngster reported the incident to her mother who alerted police in Great Harwood.
