Animal Aid spot
IF you've ever fancied taking a ferret for a walk, this could be your chance.
Lilly the tame albino ferret is looking for a new home and, with a specially adapted harness available from most pet stores, you can indulge her favourite activity - strolling through parks and rolling in the grass. Lilly is a healthy ferret who has been neutered but, sadly, she has lived at the Holter House Farm RSPCA shelter since she was three weeks old.
Now, at 10 months, she would make a fine family pet and could be quite happily kept in a garage. To help her, contact the RSPCA shelter on Whinny Hill Road, Huncoat, on (01254) 231118.
Last week's featured pet, Cliffy the cat, is still on the lookout for new owners. He, too, is currently at the RSPCA shelter at Huncoat, so if anyone can help, give the shelter a ring.
