LONELY hearts looking for love should get down to a new singles night aimed at helping people to meet their ideal match.
The brains behind the new venture, Brian Tomlinson and his partner Mary O'Sarrell, hope to create new friendships and relationships for people in Rossendale.
The club is being launched at the Railway Tavern, Bury Road, Rawtenstall, on August 14, from 8pm.
Brian, 48, of Whitewell Bottom, said: "The singles club is a new concept in Rossendale. I know what it feels like to be on your own.
"For some people it's hard to meet new people, but this is the perfect way to do that.
"We have made sure the venue is accessible to everybody, including the disabled and elderly, so nobody has to miss out."
