DOES anyone remember the Davies family of 9 Herbert Street, Burnley? Sydney Davies was an actor and I understand he had an acting troupe.
He and his wife, Marie, nee Kay, had a daughter, Phyllis, born in Herbert Street in 1908.
I would be delighted to hear from anyone with memories or any other information.
