A FATHER-of-three whose family were seized at gunpoint during an armed raid by police has won a six-figure damages payout.
Steven Genovese, aged 39, was held after 23 officers burst into his Prestwich home during an investigation into a false allegation of theft. An out of court settlement was agreed on Monday.
