AMY Eckersley struck it lucky when she made her first visit to Leigh Superbowl.
The 11-year-old from Ringway Avenue in Leigh enjoyed the action then was bowled over when she won the draw for a year's free games at the Windermere Road alley -- formerly Shipley's bingo hall.
"She's thrilled to bits," said proud gran Pat Eckersley, who took Amy and her 13 year-old cousin Shaun Connor to the new Superbowl.
Now Amy, a former Green Hall Special School pupil who will shortly start at Brookfield High in Hindley, is looking forward to a sporting year.
