REGARDING Anne Stockdale's remarks (Letters, September 5) about water rates in East Lancashire, readers might be interested to know that we have just moved from a Band E property in The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Berkshire, to a Band B property in Blackburn.
Our water rates are just a few pence per money less -- we had been hoping for a significant saving!
