'MANIAC' motorists were carrying killer "petrol bombs" in their cars in an attempt to beat the East Lancashire fuel panic.
One East Lancashire filling station boss revealed that fuel famished drivers were even filling milk bottles in a bid to hoard petrol as they tried to beat fuel increases and shortages.
