A FORMER Liberal Democrat councillor has defected from the party to join Labour.
Muhammed Fazal Aubhan Khan, 67, of Clive Street, Burnley, was a Liberal Democrat member of Burnley council from 1994-1998.
He has lived in Burnley for more than 30 years and been an active member of the community. He is chairman of Daneshouse Community Centre.
