THREE local schoolboys have been selected by the Lancashire Schools Cricket Association for its Under-15 squad to go on their spring Bank Holiday tour.
Simon Woolford, a Bury Grammar pupil who plays at Greenmount, Ammar Baig, who plays at Bury and attends Broad Oak High, and Oliver Holt, who plays for Prestwich and is a pupil of Prestwich Community High, will travel to Cornwall for the first game on Monday.
Other matches scheduled for the week will be played in Devon, Somerset and Wales.
