THE final arrangements have been made for this year's Powersound music competition in Radcliffe.
The event, organised by Bury Venues and Bury's Youth and Community Service is for young people aged between 14 and 24, and the closing date for entries is June 30.
The four heats will be run at Radcliffe Civic Suite on August 4, 11, 18 and 25.
The semi-finals will take place on September 3 and 10, with the grand final on September 18.
The two categories are bands and singers, with prizes of £300, £200 and £100 for first, second and third in both categories.
