POLICE in Blackburn, Darwen, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley have praised football fans after a violence-free night.
Inspector Andrea Bradbury said: "We would just like to thank everyone for how they behaved, we came across no problems as a consequence of the football.
"We hope this behaviour will continue."
