I WOULD like to pass on my thanks to all your readers who joined the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in the 3 Piers Walks in Blackpool on Sunday, September 12.
Despite the wind and rain around 160 people walked and over £9,000 has been pledged in sponsorship money -- a tremendous amount which will help us continue our fight against heart and circulatory disease -- the UK's biggest killer.
I would also like to pass on my thanks to those who kindly donated their services in support of BHF.
Without the generosity of these people, holding such an event would be impossible.
