Clarets manager Steve Cotterill goes into tomorrow night's home Carling Cup clash happy to have a selection headache.

He has midfielder Micah Hyde back from suspension for the second round clash against Wolves at Turf Moor and, with no added injury problems from Saturday's impressive goalless draw at Leicester City, needs to find a slot for him in the side.

"It is not a headache to have Micah coming back," smiled Cotterill.

"I am quite happy to have that kind of problem.

"In fact if someone can find me six more players I'd be quite happy to have half a dozen of those kind of problems."

The return of Hyde could see trialist Jean-Louis Valois return to the bench after making his debut at the Walkers Stadium in place of the injured Lee Roche.

But it was Valois who could have stolen all three points for the Clarets as he had a late chance smothered by Foxes keeper Kevin Pressman.

Cotterill was happy with the way Valois dealt with his English debut, but revealed that the Clarets hopes of adding another overseas player in Amadou Sanokho were no nearer completion.

"Jean-Louis did well to be fair to him, but then so did my other 10 players," said Cotterill.

"I was delighted by his performance as anyone else.

"But we are not likely to bring in Amadou just yet as we are still waiting for international clearance.

"We have been through our FA and the Italian FA and now it has ended up with FIFA.

"We knew these things could be a nightmare and that is certainly what it has proved, but we are still waiting.

"But we go into the next game in good shape and, aside from a couple of knocks in the game at Leicester, we are injury free from that match and have nothing new to upset our preparation."
