IT is now a criminal offence - and so it should be -to drive a motor vehicle with one hand and operate a mobile phone with the other.
But surely the same rules should apply to the PSV drivers who, with a bus full of passengers in between stops drive their vehicle with one hand and adjust their stage/fare machine with their other hand.
Believe me this practice is quite common and definitely not in the Highway Code.
