DESPITE BT removing payment by cheque at the Post Office from the "Method of Payment" bill information you can still pay by cheque as before at the Post Office - still making the cheque out to "Post Office Ltd."
No need to send the cheque to Durham at your cost or at your risk.
No need to go direct debit or pay by cash.
Nothing has changed except BT hoping to get rid of cheque payment by stealth.
Just carry on paying by cheque at the Post Office if that was and is your preference.
