ORGANISERS are tuning up for the first Barnoldswick Folk Festival this weekend.
Barlick Unplugged will feature a wide range of attractions to celebrate all things folk, including two five-hour concerts, in the Queen's Hall, headlined by top acts, The Oldham Tinkers and John Tams and Barry Coope.
The event, organised by the band NowThen, whose members are from Barnoldswick and Earby, starts at 10am and runs right through until 11pm.
As well as the concerts they will be an all-day sing-along in the Foster's Arms.
Other events include free music workshops, morris dancers, impromptu jamming sessions in pubs and a craft fair.
