STEVE Wilkes could be tempted to shuffle his pack tonight.
The Padiham manager is wary of his side resting on their laurels after an unbeaten start to the North West Counties Division Two campaign.
Despite winning 2-1 at home to Cheadle Town on Saturday, the Storks were far from firing on all cylinders. So Wilkes believes the time has come to make changes for tonight's home game against Daisy Hill.
"I might have to shake things up a bit because, although we've only played seven league games, there's a chance that we could be going a little bit stale," he said.
"We've won six and drawn one, which is a great start, but I think the players need to be kept on their toes."
At least one change could be forced on Wilkes, with Lee Webb sustaining a back injury.
New signing Craig Chadwick, who can play in both central defence and central midfield, could make his debut at the Arbories tonight (kick-off 7.45pm).
