EAST Lancashire brewery Daniel Thwaites is toasting its nomination in two categories of the Publican Pub Food Awards 2004.
The brewery has been short-listed to the final four in the Company of the Year category and Judi Houghton, catering development manager, has been short-listed for Food Champion of the Year.
Last year, Judi and her team were also finalists in the Publican's Food Operator of the Year category.
She said: "To be nominated for two awards this year is wonderful. To have been singled out in the face of massive competition is a dream."
The awards are assessed on menu planning, food presentation, marketing and promotion.
