BLACKBURN was dubbed the luckiest town in the country after it was the home to a second big lottery win.
Organisers Camelot confirmed the town was the only to have had two jackpot winners since the lottery began.
But although the two winners both matched all six numbers their winning cheques were very different.
Anthony Gallagher's jackpot was shared between 130 other winners and netted him £122,000.
Blackburn's first lottery winner scooped £17.8million. and was forced into hiding to flee the world's media.
