BEDFORD Rangers got through to the Leigh Youth League Under 18s cup final in dramatic fashion with a winner six minutes into stoppage time.
Leading 3-1 at half time with goals from Andrew Neal, man of the match Mark Smith and Dwayn Kinlock, Bedford were pegged back to 3-3 by Monton Amateurs until deep into stoppage time when Jonathan Yates scrambled a controversial winner.
Bedford now face Wakefield Villa in the final.
In the Under 16s division the pick of the games was Hindley Youths 4-3 victory over local rivals Lowton.
RESULTS: Under 12s - Hindsford B 0, Boothstown 4; Hindsford A 3, Culcheth 7; Monton 0, Barr Hill 7; Mosley Common 8, Leigh RMI 0. Under 16s - Hindley Youth 4, Lowton 3; Monton 1, Blackbrook 4; Hindsford 2, Ringley Park 5; Douglas Valley 2, Standish 3. Under 18s semi-final - Bedford Rangers 4, Monton Amateurs 3.
