BURY Cancer Support Centre has been given a helping hand from the Radcliffe Freemasons.
The Radcliffe Lodge handed over £750 to the charity which provides help and support to people living with cancer, as well as access to a range of holistic and complementary therapies.
Mr David Hayes, worshipful master of the Radcliffe Freemasons, adopted the centre as his charity for the year.
He said: "I specifically asked that all the money raised through raffles and collections and other similar activities to go to the centre."
Edwina Hodkinson, complementary therapist and joint founder of the centre, said: "We are so grateful for the donation which will go towards supporting the work of the centre."
The centre is open every Tuesday afternoon at St James Church Hall.
