SHAUN Teale's first signing for Chorley, John Bluck, will have to wait another week for his debut.
The postponement of Kendal Town's President's Cup tie with Bishop Auckland on Tuesday means the Magpies have no game tomorrow.
But Bluck, who was a substitute in the FA Trophy final when Teale led Burscough to victory, will join the rest of the squad for some extra training.
Teale said: "It's actually a good thing having no game because it gives us five training sessions between games.
"Normally, when you're playing all the time, you don't have chance to get your ideas across to the players."
On the signing of 20-year-old Bluck, Teale added: "He has a great attitude and if you have that in non-league you have a chance.
"He's willing to learn and likes to get stuck in. We have quite a few central midfield players but maybe he can give us something more."
