REGARDING the report about bins being overflowing and very smelly, especially where there are children in the family.
Surely this wouldn't happen if people would go back to Terry towelling nappies (no smelly bins), which are easy enough in today's washing machines, and only one initial cost, instead of paying loads of money every week on disposable nappies.
Am I just old fashioned or sensible?
