"DISGRUNTLED Blue Badge holder"(Letters, May 20) complained about the shortage of disabled spaces in car parks.
This is true in most car parks, but why is it assumed that all disabled drivers need to park free of charge, in what are sometimes not very conveniently located bays.
What is required is the provision of more conveniently-placed, marked bays for "fee paying"disabled drivers.
After all, the lack of free places often requires disabled drivers to pay anyway.
