A TEENAGER charged with breaching an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) will appear at Bury Magistrates Court for committal proceedings.
Peter Loftus (18), of Red Bank Road, appeared before the bench on Wednesday charged with breaching the ABSO three times, on April 29 and 30, by entering Grosvenor Street, intimidating a neighbour of the street, and committing an offence while out on licence.
Loftus was remanded in custody, but will reappear at Bury to be committed to Bolton Crown Court on June 15.
