POLICE are investigating an arson attack on a three-storey block of flats in Rossendale.
Fire crews were called to the building, in Bacup Road, Rawtenstall, at about 7pm on Saturday after reports of a blaze on the empty second floor.
Tenants living on other floors were evacuated from the block before the fire crews dealt with the blaze.
The fire damaged all the rooms on the second floor.
