RUNNERS will again pound the streets of Black-burn at this month’s road races.
Everyone from children to elite athletes will be taking part in the event, on Sunday, July 12.
Three junior races will be organised as well as a 5k race and a two-mile fun run, with t-shirts for all entrants.
Money raised through the entry fees will go towards the mayor’s charities, local Sea Cadet and Samaritans groups.
The races are organised jointly by Blackburn with Darwen Council and Blackburn Harriers, as part of the month-long events celebrating Black-burn Festival.
