MORE than 20 bin bags of rubbish, which included fly-tipping, were removed from a dumping ground hotspot in Huncoat.
Members of the Huncoat Community Forum took part in the second litter pick as part of the nation-wide Big Tidy Up, which is a national campaign to collect 500,000 bin bags of rubbish through commun-ity effort.
They collected all the rubbish which had been dumped on the greenway off Bolton Avenue.
The group also planted 12 oak trees beside the green-way.
