A major development of 28 houses and 22 flats will be built in Sabden following planning approval by Ribble Valley Council planning chiefs.
As well as replacing the Victoria Mill, Watt Street, with houses and flats, a purpose-built factory will also be erected to accommodate Marbill Developments Ltd, which has used the building since 1974.
