AN APPEAL has been made by Miss D Hartley regarding Burnley Council’s refusal of planning permission for a nine lodge/caravan units including one warden’s unit.
The appeal is to be decided on the basis of an exchange of written statements by both parties and a site visit by an inspector.
Any comments already made following the original applications for planning permission will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate.
Anyone wishing to comment on the appeal or to withdraw or modify earlier comments, if any, or request a copy of either appeal decision letter, should write direct to The Planning Inspectorate in Bristol.
