Ribble Valley Borough Council has won a top communications award.
The council’s 2007 annual report won the best publication section of the North West Pride Awards.
The awards are run by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Ribble Valley Council was one of only three councils – the other two being Stockport Metropolitan and Allerdale Borough – to be nominated for the awards.
