ENGLAND star Phil Neville has been hit hard by the credit crunch.
The Everton captain’s house in Crawshawbooth, which dates back to the 1700s, had its value sliced by £500,000.
Sunnyside House which sits in the heart of Rossendale was initially on sale for £4m but now is priced at £3.5m with agent Knight Frank.
The ex-Manchester United defender is keen to sell the house after relocating with his wife Julie and their family to a luxury apartment in Manchester’s Hilton Hotel.
The house in Burnley Road consists of four reception rooms, a fitness room and a tennis court and is a Grade II listed building.
The property, which is surrounded by woodland is 48 miles from the Everton training ground.
Neville reportedly earns £35,000 a week.
