A WATERFOOT office building was flooded by office sprinklers after a small fire at a footwear business in Lench Road around 12.45am yesterday.
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesman said a small fire, believed to have been started deliberately, was out by the time crews from Bacup and Rawtenstall arrived at the scene.
A desk and a computer were damaged by fire and the rest of the office was flooded.
